Training Modules with Concrete Actions for Campus Leaders (password protected, email for the password)

This page has 7 modules for leaders in any context —whether already facing anti-DEI legislation or concerned about its growth. Module 1 explains Education for All, and its apolitical, pro-love and pro-DEI approach to this moment. Module 2 provides some historical context for how the anti-DEI movement scaled nationally. Modules 3-6 include the meat of the lessons, with concrete actions leaders can take to ensure the culture and ideals of their institutions as much as possible.

Module 7 is a call for us to work together with concrete thoughts for next steps to turn this moment into great opportunity.

Empowering
academic leaders

The scaled anti-DEI movement has placed college presidents in fraught and perilous terrain.  Because the anti-DEI movement is so new, there has been little time for the higher education industry to respond with how leadership can navigate this terrain. Education for All is a network of thought leaders providing current professional development, anticipatory guidance, and resources for higher education leaders, specifically presidents.
